"I ordered two of these sinks for a bathroom remodel and had awesome customer service. I received the shipments within a week of ordering, using standard shipping. One of sinks had flaws in the finish, and I contacted faucetdirect.com and they promptly send me another faucet. The return was easy and had my credit within a week or so. I would highly recommend this product."

Beautiful sinks, great service from Faucet Direct Date: November 24, 2008
"These sinks came very well packaged and Customer Service was excellent. The website said 2+ weeks for delivery on these, but I called the 800 number and the CS person called their supplier while I was on hold and found that they had them in inventory and could ship the next day (at regular rates). The sinks arrived within 2 days. FaucetDirect had best pricing I found. This Sedona Beige color is great, not white, not almond, just a soft off white. Exactly what we needed for our remodel. Finish on the sinks is very nice."
