Stunning Faucet!

"I spent 8 weeks doing on-line shopping looking for the perfect faucet for our new kitchen. Finally, I found this one and it is stunning. It is quality made and has a classic look that complements the stainless steel undermount sink and stainless appliances. I would recommend buying from Faucet Direct. Does the require the regular four hole sink or the oversized holes?

A. The K-16109-4A requires standard size holes in your sink for installation.

Do you have to have the spray, or can you substitute the soap dispenser for that hole?

A. Thank you for your question. The Kohler K-16109-4A is only sold with the sidespray. Most quality Kitchen faucets with a sidespray have either a positive pressure valve or a removable plug for the sidesprays supply connection. This allows for installation on a 3 hole sink, or to substitute a Soap Dispenser in it's place.

Does this particular faucet have the positive pressure valve or a removable plug to block the side spray (for installation in a sink with only three holes)?

A. The Kohler K-16109-4A doesn't come with the positive pressure valve or a block for the side spray. This faucet is installed with the side spray.
