Product Availability

At ImprovementDirect.com we do our best to reflect any stock status we have for our products. When viewing a product we will tell you one of several things:

• We have live and active stock on this item. If it's in stock, we'll be able to tell you approximately how many products we have on hand and how long it takes to leave our warehouse.
• We do not currently have stock on an item, and we can tell you approximately how long it will take to obtain that item once an order is placed (backorder). Most backordered items cannot be obtained by us to ship to you until an order is placed and paid for (as the manufacturer will not make or ship that item).
• We cannot reflect the live stock status. As we are partnered with many different warehouses, we do our best to work within each warehouse's inventory system. With some of our partner warehouses, we do not receive a live update, however our product specialists will be happy to check through our supply system and see if an item can be obtained and how quickly.

On the product page, you will see information regarding the shipping time anticipated listed below the button to add the item to your cart. We also will have listed the number of product we have currently in stock. This number is intended as a guide only and doesn't ensure when the product will come to you. This number is based on the information we receive from our various warehouses and partner warehouses.

When a product page indicates there is zero in stock, it does not necessarily mean we are sold out or have the item on backorder. As we cannot reflect live stock status, it's possible an item listing several in stock may be backordered, and one listing zero may refer to a product housed at a partner warehouse that doesn't report stock status to us directly.

We pride ourselves in having one of the largest networks of warehouses, vendors and manufacturer-direct relationships. Even if we do not have an item in stock, we can get it as fast as is possible.
