What a beautiful faucet that looks great in our kitchen! The problem is the hand spayer has to be continually cleaned out or you have no water pressure. It has turned into a daily event. I would never recommend this faucet."

"Great faucet, went in easily, very poor instructions, these have to be made out of the country where English is not the preferred langauge. All in all the installation went smoothly, and we love the faucet. P.S. Don't forget to take the flow restrictor out or all you will get is a drizzle of water !"

"We have two of these faucets, they are great. The newest one doesn't quite retratc all the way without pushing. This can be fixed by attaching a weight to the hose under the cabinet. Many faucets come with a weight for that purpose, and this one should also. The product is easy to install, and works great."

"It was ordered and in a few days it was installed easily. Just handeling the product you can tell it is very well made. This faucet is no joke. It goes great with my kitchen decor. "Be careful and measure for this. We LOVED the look of it when we bought it. The lever moves front for cold and back for hot. We can not get it fully hot because we run out of room and hit the back wall. We will have to place. Also, the pull out spray is great but it is hard to push back in and ours will not stay on pray - the locking function does not work."

"Purchased new 3 years ago for our kitchen remodel. Have had numerous problems that Grohe is slow to help with. Getting the run-around trying to get a replacement. Have been in contact with them too many times now.
I have completed the suggested maintenance and problems still exist, currently dealing with extreme decrease in water pressure. I have had to take this faucet apart too many times trying to fix things. Very frustrating!
Disappointed, would never purchase again and am shopping for other brands now."
